For this observation I noticed the students are not the same think. There are intelligence, quiet and who are not focused. Nada and Nora are answer the questions when the teacher ask them. The students how are quiet Ahmed, Fatima, Mariam and Dhabia.  However Buti and Shamma are not focused during the lesson.

Strategic how the teacher deal with different levels of the students.

1.     Change activities fit learners.

2.     Be ready to accommodate learning styles in your small group and in whole group.

3.     Remember: Abilities change throughout the gear.
